Q.2. Please draft a D.O. from General Manager to Divisiona Railway Managers of Eastern 10 Railway, instructing them to take steps for organizing parades, mock drills, disaster management exercises etc. utilizing the Civil Defence organization of the Divisions.
Q.3. In what ways can the Civil Defence Organisation help in the relief and rescue 10 operations at a major railway accident site?
Q.4. What is the Rajbhasha Act and why was it enacted? What are the types of 10 examinations conducted under this Act? What incentives are given to staff under this Act?
Q.5. Suppose a Civil Defence Camp of Eastern Railway is to be organized at a location 10 outside Eastern Railway. For the stay, fooding, lodging, transport etc. an expenditure is to be incurred. How would you frame the proposal for expenditure to draw the money? How would you submit the final account of expenditure to the Accounts Dept for closing the same?
