CBI ARRESTS A SR INSTRUCTOR OF W RAILWAY FOR ACCEPTING BRIBE

सीबीआई ने एक वरिष्ठ प्रशिक्षक, डीजल शेड साबरमती, पश्चिम रेलवे, अहमदाबाद (गुजरात) को शिकायतकर्ता से 25,000/- रु. की रिश्वत मांगने एवं स्वीकार करने पर गिरफ्तार किया ।

एक शिकायत के आधार पर वरिष्ठ प्रशिक्षक, डीजल शेड, साबरमती, पश्चिम रेलवे, अहमदाबाद के विरुद्ध मामला दर्ज हुआ। यह आरोप है कि आरोपी ने शिकायतकर्ता के पारस्परिक स्थानांतरण आवेदन ( Mutual Transfer Application ) को डीआरएम कार्यालय, पश्चिम रेलवे, अहमदाबाद को अग्रेषित करने के लिए 50,000 रु. रिश्वत की मांग की थी। आगे ऐसा आरोप है कि आरोपी, शिकायतकर्ता से 40,000/- रु. की रिश्वत स्वीकार करने हेतु सहमत हुआ।

सीबीआई ने जाल बिछाया एवं आरोपी को शिकायतकर्ता से 25,000/- रु. की रिश्वत मांगने व स्वीकार करने के दौरान रंगे हाथ पकड़ा।

गिरफ़्तार आरोपी को सक्षम अदालत के समक्ष पेश किया जाएगा।

The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested a Senior Instructor, Diesel Shed, Sabarmati, Western Railway, Ahmedabad (Gujarat) for demanding and accepting bribe of Rs. 25,000/- from the Complainant.

A case was registered on complaint against a Senior Instructor, Diesel Shed, Sabarmati, Western Railway, Ahmedabad. It was alleged that the accused had demanded bribe of Rs. 50,000/- for getting the Mutual Transfer Application of the Complainant forwarded to the DRM Office, Western Railway, Ahmedabad. It was further alleged that the accused agreed to accept bribe of Rs. 40,000/- from the Complainant.

CBI laid a trap and caught the accused red handed while demanding & accepting bribe of Rs. 25,000/- from the Complainant.

The accused will be produced before the Competent Court.
