प्रिय रेल परिवार,

भारतीय रेल की स्थापना सौ वर्षों से अधिक की अत्यंत समृद्ध एवं गौरवशाली विरासत है। पिछले कई वर्षों से हम विकास के पथ पर तेजी से कदम बढ़ाते हुए रेलवे में बड़े बदलावों को परिणाम दे रहे हैं। हमने रेलपथ, चल स्टॉक, इंडस्ट्रीज और टर्मिनलों में निवेश किया है।

हम सब ‘भारतीय रेल के पांच प्रस्तावों’ को पूरा करने के साझा उद्देश्य के लिए कृतसंकल्प हैं, जिसमें हमारी मुख्य भूमिकाएँ निम्नलिखित हैं:

1. सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि: हमें इस चुनौती से हर दुर्घटना का खतरा हो सकता है। इसके लिए यह आवश्यक है कि हम संरक्षण मानकों का पालन करें। हम आपके सामने हैं।

2. सत्यनिष्ठा : लोकसेवक की भूमिका में सत्यनिष्ठा से कोई समझौता नहीं किया जा सकता। हमें किसी भी क़दाचार के खिलाफ़ प्रतिरोध से पेश आना होगा। साथ ही, हमें अपने उद्यमों में स्थापना बढ़ाने का प्रयास जारी रखना होगा

3. निवेश निवेश: भारत सरकार ने चालू वित्त वर्ष में 2.4 लाख करोड़ रुपये के निवेश से भारतीय रेल में अपना अपार विश्वास दर्शाया है। हमें समग्रता में शामिल करने पर सबसे अधिक ध्यान देना होगा ताकि वे निर्धारित समय और लागत में पूरी तरह से सहायक हो सकें। यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि सरकार के कथन से विशाल निवेश का लाभ अंततः हमारे निवेश को मिलेगा।

4. राजस्व सृजन: भारतीय रेल को वित्तीय रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की अपनी क्षमता पर गर्व है। पिछले वित्त वर्ष में लादेन और राजस्व में रिकॉर्ड बढ़त हुई। अब यह लगभग वर्ष का आधा हिस्सा चुकाया गया है, मूलतः मैं निवेदन करता हूं कि चालू वित्त वर्ष के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने का प्रयास करें।

5. ग्राहकों के ढांचे और अनुभव को बेहतर करना: हमारी सेवाएँ उच्च गुणवत्ता और नए भारत के निरीक्षण का प्रतीक होना चाहिए। इलाज वह समय-पालन, स्वच्छता, खान-पान हो या चाहत की चोट। हर क्षेत्र में हमें सेवा का उच्चतम मानक बनाए रखना होगा। ग्राहक सर्वोपरि हैं, हमें अपने प्रयास में सर्वोच्च स्थान मिलेगा।

मैं आप सभी को शुभकामनाएँ देता हूँ और आशा करता हूँ कि राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए रेल परिवार का हर एक सदस्य एकजुट होकर अपना योगदान देगा।

Dear Railway Parivaar,

Indian Railways has a rich and enduring legacy spanning over 150 years. In recent years, we have embarked on a transformative journey marked by unprecedented investments in tracks, rolling stock, stations, and terminals.

I would like to underscore our key priorities as we collectively work towards our shared objectives, Indian Railways’ Panch Pran.

Safety is Paramount: We must recognize that every accident can be prevented, and it is incumbent upon us to ensure strict adherence to established safety protocols. It is imperative that we actively engage in the field, setting an exemplary standard for all.

Integrity as Public Servants: Integrity is non-negotiable in our role as public servants. We shall maintain a zero-tolerance stance towards any acts of misconduct. We shall continue to enhance transparency in our processes.

Capacity Augmentation: The Government of India has demonstrated immense confidence in Indian Railways through an investment of Rs. 2.4 lakh crore in the current fiscal. Our primary focus should be on executing projects efficiently, avoiding both time and cost overruns. This wiil ensure that the benefits of this substantial investment reach our ultimate customers.

4, Revenue Generation: Indian Railways takes pride in its ability to be financially self-sustaining. The previous financial year witnessed record-high loading and revenue figures. With almost half the year behind us, I urge each one of you to redouble your efforts to meet the targets for the current fiscal.

Customer Amenities and Experience: The services we offer should epitomize the aspirations of New India. Whether it pertains to punctuality, cleanliness, catering, or addressing customer grievances, we must strive to deliver the highest standards of service, consistently placing the customer at the forefront of our efforts.

I extend my best wishes to all of you and expect that every member of the railway family will rise to the occasion, delivering their very best for our nation.
