186th meeting of Divisional Official Language Implementation Committee, Mumbai concluded
The 186th meeting of the Divisional Official Language Implementation Committee, Mumbai was held on 21.03.2024 under the chairmanship of Shri Rajneesh Kumar Goyal, Divisional Railway Manager, Mumbai Division. The meeting started with the release of the 5th issue of the e-magazine ‘Rail Sagar’ of the Department of Official Language by the Divisional Railway Manager.
Starting the meeting, the Liaison Official Language Officer welcomed the Chairman and all the members present and briefly presented the outline of the meeting to everyone. Addressing the meeting in the next phase, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Suburban) and Additional Chief Official Language Officer Shri Amarendra Singh said that the Hindi related activities organized on the division inspire all the employees. He gave instructions to follow the Tribhasha Sutra. The Chairman of the meeting appealed to all the members to do maximum work in Hindi, conduct correspondence in Hindi and take personal interest in spreading the use of the official language and make every effort. The Liaison Official Language Officer discussed various items on the agenda of the meeting in detail with all the members. During the discussion, with the permission of the Divisional Railway Manager, the members gave many important suggestions to ensure the major progress and spread of the official language on Mumbai Division.
Branch officers of all departments were present in the meeting. Contact Official Language Officer Shri Sushant J. Panda expressed his gratitude towards all the members.
